Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1 onion finely chopped
2 green chillies
Grated coconut
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds
Salt
Oil
Method
Mix rice flour with onion, chilli, coconut, coriander and cumin. Add hot water to make soft dough. Grease tawa, spread dough thin with wet hands. Cook with oil until golden and crispy on both sides.
