  1. Combine puffed rice and sev in a large bowl.
  2. Add potato, onion and tomatoes.
  3. Add both chutneys and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice.
  5. Toss quickly and serve immediately — it goes soggy fast!
  6. Garnish with extra sev and fresh coriander.
