Method

  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
  2. Fry onions until golden brown.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook 2 minutes.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook until mushy.
  5. Add all dry spices and cook 2 minutes.
  6. Add chicken pieces, coat in masala.
  7. Add 1.5 cups water, bring to boil.
  8. Cover and simmer 25 minutes until chicken is cooked.
  9. Garnish with coriander.
