Method

  1. Marinate chicken minimum 2 hours in spiced yogurt.
  2. Skewer and grill or cook on high heat in griddle pan until charred.
  3. For masala: fry onion puree until golden.
  4. Add ginger-garlic and tomato puree with spices.
  5. Cook until thick and oil separates.
  6. Add tikka chicken pieces.
  7. Add cream and kasuri methi.
  8. Simmer 10 minutes and serve.
