2 cups rice flour
Salt to taste
Hot water as needed
Oil for greasing
Method
Boil water with salt and oil. Add to rice flour gradually, mixing to form smooth dough. Press through idiyappam press onto greased plates in circular motion. Steam for 10 minutes. Serve with coconut milk.
