Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar
3 cups water
1/4 cup ghee
Saffron
Cardamom
Cashews
Raisins
Method
Roast semolina in ghee until golden. Boil water with saffron. Add to semolina and stir vigorously. Add sugar and mix well. Cook until it leaves the sides of pan. Garnish with fried cashews and raisins.
