Ingredients
1 kg chicken
1 cup grated coconut
8 bydagi red chillies
Coriander seeds
Cumin
Peppercorns
Tamarind
Onion
Garlic
Coconut oil
Salt
Method
Roast coconut, chillies, coriander, cumin and pepper until fragrant. Grind with tamarind to smooth paste. Fry onion and garlic in coconut oil. Add chicken and cook. Add ground masala with water. Simmer 20 minutes.
