  1. Beat eggs with salt, pepper and turmeric.
  2. Add onion, tomato, chilli and coriander. Mix.
  3. Heat butter in pan on medium-high heat.
  4. Pour egg mixture and let it set for 30 seconds.
  5. Fold edges and let bottom brown lightly.
  6. Flip and cook 1 minute.
  7. Serve with toast and hot sauce.
