  1. Heat oil, add cumin seeds.
  2. Cook onion puree until deep golden.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree.
  4. Add spices and cook until thick.
  5. Add peas and cook 5 minutes.
  6. Add paneer cubes and 1/2 cup water.
  7. Simmer 10 minutes.
  8. Finish with cream and serve hot.
