Crispy green moong dal crepes from Andhra Pradesh, packed with protein and served with ginger chutney.
Ingredients
2 cups green moong dal
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
1 onion chopped
Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
Soak moong dal for 4 hours. Grind with chillies and ginger to smooth batter. Add salt and cumin. Spread thin on hot tawa, top with onions. Cook until crispy and serve with ginger chutney.
