Ingredients
2 cups rice flour
1 cup grated coconut
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Method
Mix rice flour with salt and sprinkle water until it resembles breadcrumbs. Layer rice flour and coconut in puttu maker alternately. Steam for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Serve hot.
