  1. Blend soaked cashews with onions to smooth paste.
  2. Heat ghee, fry whole spices.
  3. Add cashew-onion paste and cook 10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add tomato puree and cook until thick.
  5. Add spices and rose water.
  6. Add 1/2 cup water and bring to simmer.
  7. Add paneer cubes and cream.
  8. Adjust seasoning with salt and a pinch of sugar.
  9. Serve with naan or paratha.
