  1. Mix all dry ingredients and methi leaves.
  2. Add yogurt and knead into soft dough using water.
  3. Roll into thin flatbreads.
  4. Cook on hot griddle with a little oil, pressing until golden spots appear.
  5. Flip and cook other side.
  6. Serve with pickle, yogurt or mango chutney.
