Thick, soft rice pancakes topped with colourful vegetables — a wholesome South Indian breakfast.
Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
1 onion finely chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
2 green chillies
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking
Method
Use fermented dosa batter. Pour thick round on hot tawa. Immediately top with onion, tomato, chilli and coriander. Press gently. Cook on medium heat, flip and cook other side until golden.
