  1. Mash potatoes with sautéed spices and green chillies.
  2. Shape into balls.
  3. Dip in thick besan batter.
  4. Deep fry until golden and crisp.
  5. Spread green chutney inside pav bun.
  6. Place hot vada inside and sprinkle garlic chutney.
  7. Serve immediately.
