Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
4 small brinjals quartered
Vangi bath powder
Tamarind paste
Mustard seeds
Peanuts
Chana dal
Curry leaves
Ghee
Salt
Method
Fry peanuts and chana dal. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add brinjal and cook until tender. Add vangi bath powder, tamarind paste and salt. Mix in cooked rice and toss well. Drizzle ghee.
