Palak Paneer
Velvety spinach curry with golden-fried paneer — nutritious, vibrant and absolutely delicious.
Heat butter and oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add onions and sauté until golden brown, about 8 minutes.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
Add all dry spices and cook for 1 minute.
Pour in tomato puree and cook until oil separates, about 10 minutes.
Add 1/2 cup water and bring to a simmer.
Add paneer cubes and mix gently.
Stir in cream and cook for 3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or rice.
