Method

    Dry roast semolina until lightly golden. Set aside.

    Heat oil, add mustard seeds and urad dal.

    Add curry leaves, chillies and onion. Cook until soft.

    Add tomato and vegetables, cook 3 minutes.

    Add 2 cups water with salt, bring to full boil.

    Reduce to low and pour semolina in thin stream, stirring constantly.

    Cover and cook 5 minutes stirring once.

    Squeeze lemon and garnish with coriander.
